How do I restore my purchases in Surge?

Open Surge, go to the Settings / Paywall screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same App Store or Google Play account you used to purchase. If the issue persists, email us.

My progress or stats were reset. Can you restore them?

All game progress is stored locally on your device. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, progress cannot be recovered remotely. We are working on cloud sync for a future update.

The game is crashing on my device. What should I do?

Try force-closing and reopening the app. Make sure you are on the latest version from the App Store or Play Store. If crashes persist, email us with your device model and OS version.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly. On iOS: go to reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android: visit the Play Store purchase history. We are happy to assist if you have trouble.
